EVALUATION AND PARTICIPATION CERTIFACTES
Participation in Congress program is evaluated on the basis of Rule of professional improving and verification of qualifications for physicians by the Croatian Medical Chamber; 20 points for lecturers and 12 points for other registered participants. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all nurses / technicians according to the verification from the Croatian Chamber of Nurses (HKMS)

INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS AND POSTER PRESENTERS
The Scientific Committee will ultimately decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for an oral or a poster presentation. A considerable part of the invited talks will be selected based on scientific merit of submitted abstracts. Please make sure to indicate the preferred presentation type on the abstract submission web site.
The scheduled time for each oral presentation will be announced on time . With this in mind speakers are requested to stay within the time given. Regardless of the number of lecturers titled in the paper, only one author will be allowed to give the oral presentation.
VIDEO PRESENTATIONS - NEW TECHINCS AND SURGICAL APPROACH
Only Video presentations on DVD will be accepted. Please deliver your presentation to Speakers Centre as soon as possible after the registration as video presentations could be prepared on time before your presentation. Video presentation has to be equipped with audio explanation and should not last more then 5 minutes.
PROJECTION FACILITIES FOR ORAL SESSIONS
Technical equipment available for presentations:
DATA projectors for computer presentation (resolution up to 1024 x 768 pixels)
Video projections format DVD
Notebook or PC with Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office 2007
Technical organizer offers a high-performance network between all different presentation rooms.
The technical organizer will give you an additional instructions concerning your session and the presentation of your paper in the Speaker Centre. Congress staff will make sure that your presentation will be downloaded on the computer in your specific session room. Please make sure that your computer presentation is fully operational before your talk. Only Power Point presentations, CDROM, USB Memory cards will be accepted. We suggest that your computer presentation be installed and tested at least two hours before your talk. A technician and a room attendant will be in every Congress hall to provide assistance when needed.
We do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations except in rare circumstances (for example, when the presentation has been created with Corel, Apple Keynote or movie creating software). If you bring your laptop to the congress, the technician will copy the files on your hard disk of the laptop into the central congress network, so the laptop will no longer be needed.
At the end of the congress, all presentations will be deleted so no copyright issues will arise.
The Speakers Centre will have the same opening hours as the registration desk.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PREPARATION
Posters must be brought to the Conference by the presenting author and should not be mailed in advance. The required dimensions are 95 cm (width) by 120 cm (height). At the top of poster, please provide the title of the paper, names of the authors and their affiliations, all in bold lettering of about 2.5 to 3 cm size. Artwork and lettering should be large and clear enough so that the poster is readable from a distance of 1.5 m. Posters will be displayed in the separate Hall all the time during the congress. Display boards will be numbered.
